With 9+ years of extensive experience as an Executive and Personal Assistant, I support UHNWIs, family offices and VC funds in fast-paced environments, nationally and internationally. I excel in delivering top-notch performances and in navigating through dynamic and high-demanding executive environments.

My passion is to use my organizational talent and attention to detail, combined with my reflective foresight, to make my client's life easier, less stressful, and ultimately more productive. MEMORABLE STORIES FROM RECENT PROJECTS

In 2024, I had the privilege of organizing an unforgettable event abroad – a gala dinner that remains a highlight of my career.

The evening was hosted by a VC fund and brought together 160 prominent guests, including art collectors, artists, authors, business leaders, policymakers, and entrepreneurs. The event featured distinguished speakers from these fields, which required a dedicated VIP management including their travel arrangements.

The planning covered every detail: managing invitations, coordinating with the venue and catering, hiring musicians as well as photographers and service providers for photo walls and a red carpet. We ensured a seamless dining experience by aligning menu options with the client’s vision and accommodating every guest's dietary preferences. To create a cohesive look, we collaborated with designers and print agencies to craft elegant menu cards, place cards and booklets.

For the finale, we integrated a second location into the schedule, offering a sophisticated conclusion to the gala. The evening’s timeline was carefully structured – from the reception and speeches to the exclusive shuttle transfers and the warm welcome at the second venue.

As the sole management of the event, I served as the primary point of contact for my client and guests. Together with our excellent service providers, we were able to deliver a spectacular event for our wonderful guests.
